What’s Your Return Policy?

We understand how disappointing it can be when purchases don't work out, that’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy on most of our items.

Should you decide to return an item(s), it must be in new and unused condition and in the original, unmarked packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:

  • Clearance Items
  • Gift Certificates
  • Personalized Items
  • Items Marked “Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)

Returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee, except when merchandise is exchanged. If you would like in-house credit for your return, the restocking fee is waived.

We strive to keep our selling prices low and offer free shipping to most items/orders; the 15 percent restocking fee helps us to cover the outbound shipping cost and cost to fix minor damages during its way back. This way, we can continue offering our modern home products at affordable prices. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.

Returned item(s) will be carefully inspected prior to refund. In the case of the item(s) is damaged during transit to our facilities, a partial refund may be made.

Refund will be made to the original method of payment.

How To Return an Item

Call our customer service toll free at 1-888-988-8780 or email us at [email protected] to obtain a RMA number and return address. It is best to explain the reason for returning as we believe there’s always something we can work out.

Pack the item(s) in its original shipping box, if possible, or a sturdy, plain cardboard box. Remove or cover any pre-existing labels or stickers. Do not write on the box. Print the RMA number and put it inside the box. Seal the box completely, making sure the item(s) is secure for shipment. Item(s) damaged during transit on its way back to our facilities may not be eligible for refund.

Visit your local shipping carriers to ship the item back to us.

Allow 7 days for your package to arrive at our facilities depending on your chosen shipping carrier and service. Within 72 hours, your return will be processed back into our inventory. Your financial institution will credit your card 2-10 business days later. (In-store credits are processed same-day.) Once your return has been received, you'll get an email confirmation that your return has been processed.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged, defective, or received wrong item(s), we are happy to arrange for a prompt exchange/replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to facilitate an exchange. As part of this, it is required that you send us photos of the merchandise so we can better diagnose the problem and complete a speedy exchange.

Incomplete Items

If anything is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can send you a replacement. In the event a replacement cannot be made (i.e. the product has sold out), we will provide a full refund.

Please note that for some orders we may ship out multiple packages and it is possible that they arrive at different times.
