Now Hiring:

IT Manager

Purpose:
Maintains information technology strategies by managing staff; researching and implementing technological strategic solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with business unit and IT management to determine system requirement (software, hardware, and integration)

  • Manage/Lead software projects development and integrate team effort along the entire business process

  • Build detailed project plans, document specification, manage scope, rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goal

  • Handle technical design and implementation of high volume data driven web applications

  • Prepare project specifications; negotiate with management regarding scope and resources

  • Prepare budget and resource plans. Provide detailed analysis of technology trends, industry direction, and application portfolio demands; and

  • Provide innovative ideas and solutions

This position needs a M.S. Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering a related field. Salary will be negotiated based on experience and performance.

Customer Service Representative

Purpose:
We are looking for a full-time customer service representative to handle our daily customer service tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Answer inbound and make outbound calls as needed

·         Provide basic data entry

·         Accurately update customer accounts with most recent information in internal system

·         Proactively resolve customer inquiries and complaints

 

Ideal candidates will have:

·         2+ years experience in customer service call center role

·         Strong communication skills

·         Ability to multi-task

·         College degree preferred
