What is Free Shipping?

In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we offer free ground shipping to orders valued over $100 within the contiguous United States. When you checkout your shopping cart and the total value qualifies this offer, a free ground shipping method will be shown for you to complete the checkout. We won't surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay.

For orders valued below $100, the shipping cost is calculated real-time based on the size and weight of the item(s).

How Will My Order Ship?

We've carefully selected the shipping options for each product on our site to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible. Depending on the item size and quantity of the order, we will choose among UPS, Fedex, USPS, LTL freight, whichever more appropriate. Ground shipping is chosen as our default shipping method.

When Will My Order Arrive?

In most cases, lead time to ship an order is within 2 business days. Should an order cannot be shipped within 2 business days due to seasonality or holidays, we will notify you via emails or phone calls.

For Small Parcel shipments within the contiguous United States, delivery usually takes between 1 and 5 business days after your order is picked up from the warehouse. For expedited services such as 3-day, 2nd Day or Next Day Air, your order's travel time is locked in to the given speed you select after the item leaves the warehouse. You should remember that the 2 business days lead time still applies before the item ships out. Be sure to consult the product's actual lead time before you order with expedited shipping, and call us if you have any questions or concerns.

For Large Parcel Curbside Deliveries, delivery usually takes between 3-6 business days from the time your items leave the warehouse. For residential deliveries, you will be contacted for an appointment as soon as your order arrives at the local terminal. For commercial deliveries, no appointment will be made. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification containing the tracking number and shipping carrier information. You may track the package(s) status by going to the shipping carriers’ websites.

Your order may arrive in multiple packages due to items’ size and quantity.

Sales tax

eModernDecor.com is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Although not recommended, but we do offer expedited shipping at extra cost. The actual expedited shipping cost has to be estimated and arranged manually to ensure the package(s) is shipped the same day before cut-off time, and you can always call or email us to find out.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At this time, we are shipping only to addresses within the United States and Canada. Be advised that orders shipping to Canada, Hawaii or Alaska will be subject to a higher shipping charge. We are not able to service U.S. territories like Puerto Rico. Any duty, tax, brokerage will be calculated when the item enters Canada and will be the responsibility of the customer/consignee.

Do You Have Shipping Surcharge?

Shipping surcharges may be applied to large and/or heavy orders that require LTL freight in the case of customers who need lift-gate service, front door drop off, inside entry way. Actual surcharge will be quoted for customers to agree upon before delivery.

What is your policy regarding undelivered packages?

We are currently unable to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be automatically restocked and refunded, minus outbound and return shipping costs. Some items may incur a 15% restocking fee. To re-order with a new address, you may place a new order online.
